People can and are encouraged to bring their own clubs. We do however have several sets of rental clubs on hand if needed. Note that since people can share clubs, it’s not necessary that everyone have their own dedicated set of clubs.
Rentals are $12/set for adults and $7/set for juniors

1. How many courses can I play?
We have nearly 200 different courses from around the world to choose from including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Turberry, Spyglass & Harbour Town. We also have many excellent courses from Korea, Japan & China that are very challenging and fun to play. 2. How long will it take me to play an 18-hole round?
18-holes will take approximately an hour to complete per person. For example, If you’re golfing as a foursome we recommend you book four hours. Keep in mind. It’s the responsibility of each group to manage your pace of play accordingly. **NOTE- We recommend that participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booked time and No matter what hole you may be on, we require that you finish five minutes before the booking end time to allow us to properly clean and prepare for the next group to get into the bay and start on time.

We recommend that participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booked time.
4. Are the rates per hour or per person?
The rates you pay while using a golf simulator are based on time and not people. Our simulators allow for as many as six individual golfers per bay, and the simulator rate may be split between members of your group if you like.
5. What happens if time runs out before we finish our round?
Each group must manage its pace of play. If time is up and no one is booked in the bay after you, you may choose to extend your play. Extensions are available in 30-minute increments. However, if time is up and another group is booked behind you, you must end play at five minutes to the hour, no matter what hole you might be on.
6. Do I bring my own balls? Should I wear golf shoes?
We supply all the balls, which are automatically teed up for you. No chasing balls means more time for golf! As for golf shoes, many of our customers bring their golf shoes, however any pair of comfortable shoe will be fine.
7. Do people bring their own clubs? Do you have clubs available for rent?
People can and are encouraged to bring their own clubs. We encourage our customers to consider transferring their clubs from their tournaments bags to a lighter bag for easier transport up our stairs. We do however have several sets of rental clubs on hand if needed. Note that since people can share clubs, it's not necessary that everyone have their own dedicated set of clubs. We have both left and right-handed sets available for rental.
8. Can I book a company event?
Of course! For VIP Lounge bookings, or if you require only two bays side-by-side, you can book your event online to secure your space. However, for groups larger than 12, requiring three or more simulators, please fill out our Event Enquiry form in our Groups & Parties page so we can help you plan a memorable & fun event.
9. Are under-age participants permitted?
Participants under the age of 18 years require the Liability Waiver to be signed by a Parent or Gaurdian and Participants under the age of 16 years require Adult Supervision at all times in each Simulator Bay
