Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book an event?

For VIP Lounge bookings, or if you require only two bays side-by-side, you can book your event online or call in to secure your space. However, for groups larger than 12, requiring three or more simulators, please fill out our Event Enquiry form so we can help you plan a memorable & fun event. *NOTE - Our simulator bay rates are per hour - not per person. The bay, or bays, are yours for the time you've booked. You can have up to 6 people in each of the 6 bays, and up to an additional 10 people in the Lounge & Bar areas.

2. Are the rates per hour or per person?

Our simulator bay rates are per hour - not per person. The bay, or bays, are yours for the time you've booked. As an example: If you book the entire facility for your event, up to 45 people would be a comfortable number of participants.

3. Are there game modes for both beginners and experienced golfers?

Our simulators allow for up to 6 individual golfers playing stroke play or 3 teams of two people playing alternate shot format. Golfers can be set-up on whichever tees they prefer and in multiple skill levels - from beginner to tour levels. In beginner mode, the system actually provides a distance "boost" for poor shots, helping the novice golfer keep up with the group.

4. Are there other game modes available?

In addition to playing any one of our nearly 200 golf courses, the driving range option is a lot of fun for closest to the pin & longest drive challenges. Chip & Putt or Putting modes are also available or play our golf darts game, Candy Crush or Laser Shot games - a lot of fun for a mixed group of golfers of different skill levels and non-golfers alike. We will be pleased to help you select the best option for your group!

5. Do I need to order food in advance for my event?

If you would like everyone can eat at the same time, we recommend ordering in advance. We can help you organize with various food packages for groups available from our chef-crafted menu. Alternatively, unlike outdoor events, people can order from our menu and enjoy food & drinks as they play, so there is no need for a dinner afterward.

6. Is it OK to bring a birthday cake or outside food to the venue?

As per health regulations we cannot allow outside food, drink or cake on the premises.

7. Do people bring their own clubs? Do you have clubs available for rent?

People can and are encouraged to bring their own clubs. We do however have several sets of rental clubs on hand if needed. Note that since people can share clubs, it's not necessary that everyone have their own dedicated set of clubs. We have both left and right-handed sets available for rental.

8. Do I bring my own balls? Should I wear golf shoes?

We supply all the balls, which are automatically teed up for you. No chasing balls means more time for fun! As for golf shoes, many of our customers bring their golf shoes, however any pair of comfortable shoe will be fine.

9. How early should we arrive for my booking?

We recommend that participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their booked time.
